Welcome to DairyFree by Dani, we are so happy you are here! We are a licensed cottage food operator based in Union County, NJ! Everything we bake is vegan, with some gluten free/dairy free options. Our speciality is our iconic and unique baked donuts. Each donut is hand piped, hand frosted and decorated, and packaged just for you! Everything we have is baked fresh to order (:

My name is Dani, and I am the owner and head baker at DairyFree by Dani. I learned how to cook and bake at a very young age with my Sicilian grandfather, so I have always loved being in the kitchen. When I was 16, I developed a dairy allergy that left me without good dessert choices. I decided I would start baking vegan desserts so I could enjoy sweets again that actually tasted like sweets! A few years ago, I decided to start making donuts, and I brought them to my church ministries for feedback. One thing led to another, and I got my CFO license, and here we are!

Our desserts are made from scratch, using real ingredients. My pet peeve is buying a dessert and the label has 50+ ingredients that we have never even heard of. Not at DFD! Your ingredient labels will be full of things you know, can pronounce, and love.
